Our Board has five community directors, four independently appointed directors and an independently appointed Chair. It is supported by Board committees covering Finance, Risk and Audit; Business Development; and Community Engagement.

A rotation of two and four year terms allows for corporate memory to be retained and for new skills to be introduced, depending on the nature of the company's business.

We’re also committed to raising the bar. Our directors and company members undertake continuing training to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas critical to board performance and good governance.
