Internal committees

Condamine Alliance has five special purpose teams that meet at least four times a year to keep us aiming high and performing well against five key focus areas.

Wellness Committee
A vibrant workplace depends on a healthy and positive team. We work hard to create a caring and empowering workplace by raising awareness and helping our staff make informed choices towards improved wellbeing.

Environmental Performance Committee
Environmental performance is more important to us than ever before since achieving international certification in environmental management systems. We have some ambitious targets that we’re striving to meet.

Occupational Health & Safety Committee
Zero harm for staff, visitors, contractors and suppliers. That’s our standard on our worksites and our safety target. We’ve achieved certification in occupational health and safety management systems and our safe operating culture is stronger than ever.

Knowledge Management Committee
Good knowledge and information management is the key to making informed decisions. It helps people access the information they need, when they need it, in a format that they can use. We’ve made it our business to get these systems right.

Continuous Improvement Committee
We’re always searching for ways to improve our performance and the Continuous Improvement Team ensures we are always striving higher. They monitor how we’re working and encourage staff to improve and innovate.
