THE Alliance has produced a fully integrated Natural Resource Management (NRM) Plan for the Condamine River catchment in consultation with all the key stakeholders. The NRM Plan is being reviewed: The document that guides the Alliance in its investments in the Condamine River catchment’s natural resources is being overhauled, and residents have had their say at 10 community workshops around the catchment. The review is to strengthen the scientific basis of the Condamine Catchment Natural Resource Management Plan and take account of stakeholder concerns. The Alliance is reviewing the comments and consulting expert panels before sending the reviewed NRM Plan to government for re-accreditation.
